Automatic Hot Dog Grill Roller

October 8, 2020 · 2 Comments

automatic hot dog roller

For those of you or your favorite griller that has every grill accessory known to man, comes one more item, the automatic hot dog grill roller. If you can’t be happy without that rolled hot dog flavor that you can only get in the local convenient store, yet those stores don’t have the grilled flavor you crave, this is a tool for you. It looks like this is battery operated, sits on the grill and spins your dogs so they cook evenly.  If you are a dog fan, you may need to get 2, this only holds 5 dogs at a time.

I have one of those hotdog rollers. It never worked from the day I bought it. Brand new batteries nothing. Do they work? Can you point me in direction to buy one.

I bought one several years ago – we loved it! It quit working this summer and I am looking for a replacement.

Man cannot live by pork chop alone. Every now and then you must sauce it up a bit. This smokey green sauce blends great with a pork chop. The combination of roasted poblano peppers, tomatillos and garlic make a savory sauce. This might also make a great base for a roasted corn and black bean salsa, which I might have to try some day soon. I'll let you know when I do. It's best to cook this recipe on a charcoal grill, so that the smokey flavor gets infused into the peppers and tomatillos and a side of mushrooms
