This is for any of you in Wisconsin with a great recipe that includes beer (not for drinking, as an actual ingredient). Sprecher Brewing is holding a “grilling with beer” contest at the Wisconsin State Fair, August 6th – 16th. Recipes can be submitted via the Sprecher Brewing site until July 24th. The rules seem to state that the recipe must include beef and beer (queue the song, These are a Few of My Favorite Things) and must be able to be cooked on a gas grill. Head on over to their site for instructions on how to enter. We’d also love for you to share your recipe on our site.
