These new digital thermometer tongs claim to do pretty much what you would expect, combine a digital thermometer with grilling tongs. I can’t figure out how these things would work though. For health reasons, we are concerned about the internal temperature of the meat we are cooking. I can’t see how these tongs would provide anything but the external temperature of the meat, but maybe I am missing something? If Taylor Gifts wanted to send us a pair, we’d be happy to try them out. In the meantime, let us know how they work if you decide to give them a shot.
