I’m only including this on a grilling site because it has happened to me more than once. I can recall many a tailgate and cookout where we were scrambling to find a screw to open the bottle. The old screw and pliers trick has nothing on this technique! Can’t be too hard either, because this fella has obviously already downed a bottle or two:
