As spicy as you want grilled cajun chicken breasts
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Brush the chicken breasts on all sides with the oil.
Combine all of the dry cajun chicken rub ingredients well in a bowl.
Sprinkle a generous amount of the rub over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Preheat your grill to high for at least 15 minutes.
