		<description>Hey Gregg.  This recipe is somewhere between a wet rub and a marinade.  The balsamic gives it just enough liquid and acid to penetrate the steak quickly.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know if I did something wrong but when my marinade was very dry? Is it supposed to be like that? The only liquid that was added was the 5 table spoons of balsamic vinegar. Doesn&#039;t seem right.</description>
