Grilling Companion, I bought a nice grass fed strip steak and followed your grilling directions. They produced the most phenomenal steak I've ever made. One of the best I've ever had. Served with roasted beets, asparagus, and cloves of garlic. Incredible meal. Thanks for the great grilling advice!!
